For 55 years, MENH has grown from a single one-room school for nine children into 9 primary schools, 4 secondary schools, 19 churches, and a medical clinic across Northern Haiti.

Our Story
A legacy planted in faith.
In 1971, Bishop Jean Bethony Paul and his wife Marie planted the seeds of Mission Évangélique du Nord D’Haïti in Plaine du Nord — driven by a deep love for their community and a calling to serve. Their pioneering spirit established the values that still guide MENH today: Respect, Engagement, Solidarity, Love, and Service.
Their son, Rev. Ebed Paul, now carries that vision forward as President — leading a mission that has grown from one classroom of nine children into a network touching over 5,000 lives across Northern Haiti

Ministry
At MENH’s heart is our ministry, guiding all efforts toward holistic mind, body, and soul development across 19 churches.
Education
Our Leve Kampe, Mache (LKM) approach blends Northern Haiti’s culture with essential learning across 9 primary and 4 secondary schools.
Healthcare
What began as our president’s home is now Jehovah Jireh Medical Center, providing essential care — including relief during COVID-19.
Local Development
Starting with one water well, our programs now include clothing production, home gardening, and chicken farming across 100+ pump sites.
